Whats more with the increase in the cost of petrol, this community nurse finds that she's paying for the fuel to go and visit her patients as expenses no longer cover it.

Priorities turned on their head - it's criminal how we pay/treat people who care for other humans as opposed to the ones who just make more money for fat cats.
